First it's long, then it's round: Venjakob presents the ET207 extendable dining table

Venjakob's success story began in 1935 with cleverly designed tables. The new ET207 dining table also reflects expert skills and craftsmanship from almost eight decades. The model attracted keen interest at the IMM 2015. Its success is easy to explain: ET207 is not just a rectangular table with four edges, full stop. With its rounded ends and elegant extension mechanism, it perfectly embodies the Venjakob claim of "leading the way in design and quality". 

With the extension leaves retracted, the ET207 cuts an elegantly slender figure. Pulling out the extension leaves on the long side transforms it into a large
round table with seating for six to eight persons. Making it simply ideal  for Christmas dinner, children's birthday parties or making figures out of conkers.

Straight to the retailer from the IMM Cologne

Sales manager Reinhard Schnitker explains the concept in a nutshell:
"Many people love space-saving, extendable tables. Yet permanent 'straight edges' don't appeal to everyone – and particularly when it comes to special occasions, round tables simply make it easier to communicate. Creating the ET207, we have provided a kind of hybrid solution. Retracted, the extension leaves are left flush with the sides, giving the table ends an elegantly rounded look. Extended, ET207 provides a completely round table top with plenty of space. We presented our new extendable table at the IMM Cologne in combination with the MILA chair. Here, the perfectly crafted four-leg chair makes a stylish companion with its curved, dynamic contours." 

Two different sizes – attractive real wood veneer

The round ET207 masterpiece benefits from a high-quality, technically refined extension mechanism. It works smoothly, glides out elegantly and hardly makes a sound. ET207 is available in real wild oak, walnut and beech heartwood veneer in the sizes 150 x 90 cm and 170 x 100 cm. Extended, it measures
150 or 170 cm in diameter.
